Indications/Uses
Passive immunization against rabies after exposure. (To be used in conjunction w/ rabies vaccines.)
Special Precautions
Isolated Ig A deficiency. Thrombocytopenia, bleeding disorders. Prior systemic hypersensitivity following administration of human Ig. Known hypersensitivity to thimerosal.
Adverse Reactions
Pain at inj site. Mild temp elevations. Angioneurotic edema, skin rash, nephrotic syndrome, anaphylactic shock.
